The warm weather this past week has many people seeking lakes and pools.

A black bear (not pictured) was found by a Minnesota man in his own backyard in a kiddie pool.
The photo quickly went viral.
The bear appears to be in the shade as it takes up the entire blue, plastic pool filled with water.
It looks like this bear just couldn’t *bear* the heat!
At first, Dave Zbaracki thought it was his dog chilling in the tub, but he soon realized that it was actually an adult bear.
“I’m just happy my kids made a decision to sleep in”, Zbaracki wrote in a comment.
“I came over to the window, looked at the bear, snapped photos and got a good laugh”, Zbaracki said.
A black bear was spotted in a backyard of a home in the Congdon neighborhood on Monday.
The family left the bear alone outside as they waited to receive power to their house after a five-day power outage from a storm that blew through the area last week. “We’re like, oh my gosh, just couldn’t believe it”, she said.

“We’re pretty used to encounters with wildlife, so I wasn’t too concerned”. “Duluth probably has more calls about nuisance bears than any other place in the state – and maybe the whole Midwest”.
