Mir could face Arlovski in UFC 191
The two former champions share a combined 42 fights of UFC experience with 24 stoppages inside the octagon. Mir had injured himself badly in a motorcycle accident, and Arlovski was eventually made the official champion.

A potentially huge heavyweight division bout has been added to UFC 191 as Andrei Arlovski will be facing Frank Mir.
Both Mir and Arlovski are in the midst of a resurgence as each man is placing recent difficulties in the rearview mirror with mesmerizing performances.
Arlovski’s had a return to prominence since coming back to the UFC, winning three straight fights, and most recently knocking out top ten competitor Travis Browne.
UFC 191 is now set to take place on September 5 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. flyweight title fight between Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson will serve as the headlining act. The latter win came in one of the wildest fights of the year and propelled Arlovski into a No. 4 ranking, inching him to the precipice of title contention. After a four-bout skid from 2012 to 2014 had Mir contemplating retirement, the former heavyweight king has won back-to-back fights to kick off 2015.
On this week’s edition of UFC Tonight, an exciting Heavyweight tilt between two of the most decorated fighters on the UFC roster was announced.
The two veterans first crossed paths in 2006 under the Pride Fighting Championships banner, where Henderson walked away with the unanimous decision victory.

After losing five of his last six outings, Henderson (31-13) bounced back this past June as he only needed 28 seconds to defeat Tim Boetsch.
