Host Steve Harvey Crowns Wrong Miss Universe Winner
The pageant, held at the Planet Hollywood resort, is the first Miss Universe contest to take place since business tycoon and U.S. Steve Harvey says it was an honest mistake when he mixed up the victor of the Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas Sunday night.
