There are too many additions to include in this post, but two of the most discussed are Windows Ink and Cortana. More apps will get the feature later on.

Microsoft has released the long-awaited software update for the Xbox One.

Cortana will also have access to Xbox One. This follows a launch of a new Windows 10 website, specifically for customers who use assistive technologies.

Using Cortana, the players can now set up parties through the headset or Kinect.

The features included on Xbox One are background music, Cortana, Improved Game Collection, Language Region Independence, and Xbox and Windows Store convergence. The Microsoft Xbox One update is available on all the consoles, but probably has some geographical limitations. As of now, Pandora supports background music playback, but more apps will get the feature later on. And there are also quick controls available if you want to pause the music or change the volume. This means that everytime you’ll receive a notification on your Android smartphone, it will also pop up on your Windows PC and you will be able to check it without even touching your phone. The Verge has found that Microsoft still has an update file available for free.

The free upgrade into Windows 10 for users of assistive technologies was flagged earlier in the year, though the official offer was still in place back then.

See the details video below. With the expiration of that offer, users who missed it for whatever reason will have to resort to this backup plan. The new store simplifies the shopping experience and will feature a new look, higher quality content, subscription offerings, bundles and pre-orders.
