MISSING CHILD: MPD Searching for 3-Year-Old Girl Taken During Carjacking
Police say a 3-year-old girl in an SUV that was carjacked in Milwaukee has been found safe more than 50 miles away in Jefferson County.

The child’s name is Aubri Degefferred.
The red, 4-door 2013 Volvo SUV has Wisconsin plates 409-XBP and was stolen from the 4900 block of W. Chambers Street around 6:15 p.m. on Sunday.
The girl, Aubri Degeffered, was found safe, and the suspect was taken into custody, officials said.
A suspect approached the vehicle that Aubri was in and forced the driver out and fled in the auto with the child.
The Milwaukee Police Department says Degefferred was last seen wearing a blue jacket, a black sweater with a Snoopy logo on it and red sparkly Timberland boots.
The vehicle’s Wisconsin license is 409-XBP.
Police said the same suspect who stole the vehicle also attempted a strong armed robbery in the town of Brookfield at 7:35 PM on Bluemound Road.

The public is urged to call the Milwaukee Police at 414-935-3813 with any information. He was seen wearing black jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt with white lettering, and black gloves.
