Police reported that suspect 42-year-old female Vicki Lynn Dixon (Miles) abducted 15-month-old Twinkle Twinkie Twilight from Fort Worth, Texas.
Officials had allowed her a visit with her biological mother, Vicki Miles, 42, on Saturday, officials said. Twinkle has been in CPS custody since June and has been in foster care.
The child’s legal name is Twinkle Twinkle Twilight, but she is also known as Twinkle Miles.
She has a blue birthmark on her left forearm and possibly a clean-shaven head, CPS said.
