McCutcheon’s family reported her missing to state police in Franklin County.
Last week, McCutcheon was house-sitting in Gettysburg, Pa., where neighbors last saw her vehicle in the driveway on August 10.
Koons said at the time that she did not believe her friend would disappear without telling anyone, saying she was one of the nicest people she knows and is also very responsible. They found her after making a traffic stop.
By Friday, her family went to the Gettysburg house and discovered the two dogs inside had repeatedly relieved themselves in the home.
A missing Pennsylvania woman has been found in OH, according to police.
“She was found safe and was by herself”.
Koons previously told Public Opinion that McCutcheon’s credit card was used in Virginia and SC before it was disabled due to suspicious activity.

Police said the investigation is now closed and that no criminal charges would be filed.
