Apple’s newest operating system, iOS 10, is being dubbed an important one to keep our eyes on. It comes with significant new features which includes double layered security, new location identification, amusing and funky iMessage options and whole lot of new features for your photo albums, songs, new widgets, health and more. It also changes the look of your lock screen dramatically.

With the release this week of iOS 10 and iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, we reviewed all of Apple’s iPhones and iPads, to see how long each was able to refresh the software. If you haven’t installed yet, put aside 30 minutes for iOS 10 and its installation.

By connecting your messages to the JibJab app (it’s easy), you can send GIFs, but add your face to them (you will probably waste hours of your life doing this).
First of all, if you want a quick snapshot without unlocking your phone, just swipe left on the lockscreen. You can send an Apple Music track, or send money with Venmo.
With iOS 10, Apple Maps lets its users order a Lyft or an Uber inside so they don’t have to leave the app.
To access this feature, simply open a photo on the Photos app, tap the Edit button, followed by the More button, and doodle away. You can then draw, write, and color over the photo before you share it.
We’ve turned on read receipts with our admin and a couple of key people in the office.
It’s a small thing, but you can now see the picture of your contact at the top of your message thread. A prominent button for “Directions” appears once you type in a destination.
iOS 10 now lets you remove any stock app you don’t want (Stocks, Compass, etc).
