Mobile Users Can Now Stream Apple Music Video for Free
T-Mobile said it has added 16 new video streaming services to Binge On, a controversial, optional service that mobile video in 480p resolution and exempts those streams from monthly usage caps. And it’s even harder to argue when improvements are made to the service: Today, T-Mobile announced that the Big Ten Network, Disney Jr., Fox Now, and others are joining the coterie of Binge On partner platforms.

T-Mobile customers have reportedly already streamed more than 765 million hours of video data-free.
And it remains as popular as ever. The report also that 45 percent of those providers with paid subscriptions expect to sell more subscriptions because of Binge On. T-Mobile got into some hot water during the Binge On debut for not being fully upfront about compressing video.
T-Mobile has denied that Binge On – referred to in the industry as “zero-rating” – is a violation of the FCC’s network neutrality rules, which forbid Internet service providers from discriminating against content providers.
According to data from a survey conducted in July, 80 percent of providers have reported that their customers are watching their content more frequently and longer on their smartphones. He added, “I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – it’s all about listening to your customers and doing what they want!”
The company said that customers have now streamed more than 765 million hours of video, all data free.
“OwnZones has seen our T-Mobile users increase by 58 percent since we announced our partnership with Binge On”.
The telecom service provider said that now the sign language channel, DramaFever, Shalom World and others were joining the Un-carrier’s iconic video streaming initiative.

That’s despite sustained opposition from net-neutrality advocates. But the recent decision to grant free data to Pokémon Go may be worth a closer inspection, as it puts one particular mobile game at an advantage. That was enough to placate Federal Communications Commission Chairman Tom Wheeler, who called the service “highly innovative [and] competitive”.
