Mobile warns some iPhone users against installing iOS 10

Owners of iPhones, iPads and even some iPod touch devices will be able to get the update, which is expected to be made available at around 6pm United Kingdom time on 13 September.

Apple may have run into some issues with its iOS 10 update in the first hour of its release, but a couple of days later the new software is quickly gaining momentum.

Download the update by opening Settings General Software Update Download and Install. Bricking is a term which is used when something causes a mobile electronic device to entirely be unable to function, most of the times which are permanent.

Better late than never, we suppose, and for those who use Uber frequently, these new iOS features will likely see some significant use.

On the iPad side, iOS 10 will work with all iPad Air and iPad Pro models, the 4th-generation iPad, and the iPad mini 2 and later. iOS 10 will also work with Apple’s sixth-generation iPod Touch. Other improvements include a smarter version of Siri that can tap into third-party apps and a fresh look for Apple Music. A special window will pop up with a preview of the message, just like has long happened with the built-in messaging app, and you can then send it off to people. The screen now comes up automatically once you lift the unit up, allowing you to view all notifications, messages and updates in one swoop.

It does end up fixing the problem for a while but having to restart your phone multiple times a day is a nuisance, to say the least.
