Mods will launch for Xbox One after ‘Far Harbor’ DLC

We’ve already taken a look at the April release, Wasteland Workshop, and today we want to take a closer look at the Fallout 4 Far Harbor release for PS4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

“Many ways to play, many ways to solve the conflicts of Far Harbor #MoreFour #Fallout4”, a message reads from Bethesda on Twitter.

The Studio have started to accept players who want to join the Mod Closed Beta, those interested should follow the link to the official Bethesda website to sign up.

A few hours ago, the official registration page for the Fallout 4 Mods beta update went live and mentioned that the registrations for the beta are now open to Xbox One players.

With the mods expected to hit Xbox One platform later this month, this trial period should be a flawless opportunity for gamers that are wanting to get their head around the concept, before it officially launches. It’s unsure what mods will be able to work on consoles, but it’s safe to say we’ll be seeing a nude mod roughly 20 seconds after mods get made available.

Mods for “Fallout 4” are very popular and they importantly bring in a lot of fan favorite characters from other games such as “Metal Gear Solid V”. It is unknown at this point what the full restrictions are in regards to “Fallout 4” mods are for the consoles. As per Game Zone, the Creation Kit has been downloaded a million times since its release.

On other “Fallout 4” mods news, Nvidia is holding a contest for “Fallout 4” modders.

Mod support will allow players to create their own custom items such as new kinds of weapons and armor into the game.
