Mohenjo Daro, directed by Aushtotosh Gowarikar and set in the pre-historic Indus Valley Civilization era, follows the lives of Sarman (Hrithik Roshan), an indigo farmer and Chaani (Pooja Hegde).
Gowariker, who brought series “Everest” on the small screen past year, believes television is the fastest way to reach a wider audience. Hrithik essays the role of a commoner who falls in love with Pooja Hegde (Chaani). And even though the director teases us with a kiss between the two, there’s very little in the trailer by which to judge their compatibility by.

Ashutosh Gowariker’s magnum opus – Mohenjo Daro is up for release on August 12 and after lots of anticipation, we can eventually see the preview!
