The FBI launched a raid Monday morning in Elizabeth, New Jersey, at an apartment belonging to Ahmad Khan Rahami, a naturalized citizen from Afghanistan linked to the NY and New Jersey bomb blasts, investigators said.
Authorities found the pipe bombs in backpacks and successfully disarmed four of the five.
While all 29 people who were injured in the NY bombing have been released from medical care, three of those hurt in Minnesota remain in hospital, officials said.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said Sunday that people will see “a very substantial NYPD presence this week – bigger than ever”. Police also said that they were unlikely to have been organized by an global group, despite a claim by Islamic State that it was responsible for the stabbing in Minnesota.
