Matt Damon has a ponytail and we’re not really sure what to think.

The actor debuted his very impressive ponytail at a press conference July 2 in Beijing, China.

On Thursday Damon appeared with The Great Wall cast in order to promote the upcoming mystery thriller which has been set around the historic Chinese edifice, according to Vanity Fair.

The Legendary fantasy film, which is described as the largest film ever shot entirely in China for global distribution, centers on an elite force making a last stand for humanity on the iconic Great Wall in China.

“Movies which have fights towards monsters from the previous, current and future are all produced by Hollywood”, he stated.

While the 44-year-old was joined by costars Andy Lau, Zhang Yimou, Jing Tian and Pedro Pascal at the event… all eyes were definitely on Damon and his glorious pony.
