More ‘Batman v Superman’ concept art of Ben Affleck’s Batman

In a recent potential online rumor, the film’s villain may be kickstarting what eventually leads to Princess Diana (Gat Gadot) joining Batman (Ben Affleck) and Superman (Henry Cavill) when the two face off. He used that to his advantage. For instance, the idea of the Joker being a modern criminal with a henchman named Johnny Frost originated in his comic series, ‘The Joker.’ Likewise, it’s been reported that Wonder Woman will be using her New 52 origin story, which was created by Azzarello. The Amazonian superhero is said to be facing Circe, a wicked sorceress who has a penchant for turning her adversaries into animals, and Greek god of war Ares, who will be conducting his evil behind the scenes.

Unfortunately for Ares, however, the Amazonian sword will only work if he gathers enough “malevolent psychic energy” to unlock it. Being the God of War, Ares draws his powers from that energy, so in order to gain enough of it, he will try to start World War III.

Wonder Woman will feature many flashbacks, going all the way back to the First World War, so if the Ares part of the action happens during those snippets then the linearity of the tie-in could make sense.

By the end of the film, the sword allegedly ends up missing somewhere on Earth. It’s still early in production though, so anything can change.

Last month, DC All Access released its latest video, which featured concept art for the highly anticipated Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. However, fans are yet to see in the film up to what extent Batman would do things to take down Superman.

Meanwhile, a report by Heroic Hollywood states that the “Wonder Woman” movie being directed by Patty Jenkins will have a connection to “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice”.

Of course it won’t be easy for Eisenberg even if he is playing Lex Luthor’s genius son because now, not only will his characterization be compared to the villainy of Lex Sr., he also needs to set the bar or else Director Zack Snyder’s decision to adjust the character to give him the role would be for nothing. This means that “Wonder Woman” will be a prequel, and the events in the movie will take place before those in “Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice”. He added that with the acquiescence to play fair exhibited by Superman, the Dark Knight knew how to exploit the Man of Steel.
