Mortal Kombat XL For PC Teased, PC Players Still Holding Grudge
While there has been no news about a third DLC, co-creator Ed Boon appeared to have teased new content as he posted a poll on his Twitter page.

In the latest series of would-be teasers, Boon has made an unofficial poll for Microsoft fans, asking if they will buy the newly-released Xbox One S. In a classic Boon tweet, though, the studio executive teased fans, as he included a hint on “Kombat Pack 3” as one of the choices. These Kombat Packs have added eight new characters to the game, with each DLC pack introducing four fighters.
No official release date for “Mortal Kombat X” Kombat Pack 3 has been announced.
In the event that the said characters will really find their way to the game, there is no denying that “Kombat Pack 3” will really become more riveting and action-packed. Kombat Pack 2 added Bo’ Rai Cho of “Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance”, Leatherface of “The Texas Chainsaw Massacre” franchise, Xenomorph of the “Alien” franchise, and Tri-Borg, a new cyborg character. The majority of the voters chose Mortal Kombat XL for PC, so it seems that it has come full circle.
There is still no certainty as to when Kombat Pack 3 will be released. The third option for the new DLC got 66 percent of total answers, while 27 percent of the responders have said no to the new Xbox One S console upgrade. It is speculated that the expansion pack will usher in other “Mortal Kombat” characters, such as Fujin, Noob Saibot, Sindel, Baraka, and Rain.

The website notes that Boon himself teased the addition of the possible future fighters in a Twitter post a year ago.
