Moscow provides France with evidence of Turkish support for IS
“HDP co-chairman’s saying in Russian Federation “downing of Russia’s aircraft by Turkey was a mistake” is a complete disgrace and a complete betrayal”, Turkish Prime Minister Ahmet Davutoglu said, addressing Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization’s (KOSGEB) award ceremony in capital Ankara.

Russian politicians on Wednesday held talks in Moscow with the leader of Turkey’s pro-Kurdish opposition party, Selahattin Demirtas, who used his visit to criticize Ankara for shooting down a Russian warplane last month.
Earlier, the Russian defense ministry announced that Erdogan and his family members are directly involved in illegal oil deliveries from ISIL oil fields in Syria. Gen. Igor Konashenkov said the downing of the Russian warplane was orchestrated.
Gür also lamented that the government was trying to undermine HDP efforts to ease tension with Russian Federation and ensure that the people of Russian Federation and Turkey were not hurt by the diplomatic crisis, and criticized it for blocking alternative foreign policy channels.
Speaking on state television, Gen. Konashenkov said Mr. Kurtulmus’s citing of the details of Russia’s actions in Syria suggests that Ankara receives data from the US, which, he implied, relays information and intelligence about Russian military activities. Twitter, for instance, was temporarily restricted in 2014 after wiretaps of government officials were leaked. “To be honest, we don’t understand why they would make contradictory remarks”.
The Turkish prime minister accused the HDP of seeking to cooperate with whoever Ankatra has problem with “instead of acting together with this nation”.
France was the first European country to join the U.S.-led anti-IS coalition in Syria.

Ankara is closely following the intensification of Russian-Kurdish contacts, fearing that Moscow will use its contacts with Syrian and Turkish Kurds to undermine Turkish influence in the region, according to Lebanese newspaper Ad-Diyar.
