Mosquitoes In Florida Have Now Given 21 People Zika
U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Sylvia Burwell told members of Congress on Monday that money slated for developing Zika vaccines could run out by the end of August. “The case highlights that ZIka is not just producing babies with small heads.We should expect many similar deaths, and also stillbirths”.

This was the second Zika-related death in the United States. One new case in Palm Beach County is now being analyzed to determine whether the virus was contracted in Miami.

More than 7,300 Americans have been diagnosed with Zika, including 1,825 in the continental US and Hawaii, according to the CDC.

As of today, no zika cases reported have come from mosquitoes. The sooner a patient comes in for testing, the sooner they will know if they have the virus. Pregnant women have been advised not to travel to Wynwood.
