Mr. Trump presented his economic vision last week in Detroit, promoting broad cuts in income and corporate taxes, elimination of the estate tax, a renegotiation of existing trade deals like the North American Free Trade Agreement, and, like Mrs. Clinton, a major investment in the nation’s highways, bridges, and other infrastructure.
