But it is only the United States or India that celebrates this special to honour moms, many other countries hold Mother’s Day celebrations at various times of the year and commemorate the occasion with their own traditions. I love speaking about my mother all the time and what a strong incredible woman she was and how she brought strength to my life to be a good mom on my own.

They had to wean her off. What’s her take on birds? The first two days were hard because she didnt sleep. “I prefer flowers and some combo of low-stakes family time, like a walk around the neighborhood or hanging in the yard, and then some alone time – like reading on the couch or yoga”.
While gifts are great, it was probably a mom who coined the phrase “it’s the thought that counts”.

She admits she was a little naive at first. The relationship between mothers and their children has always been rife for movie plotlines, from the comic (such as the Lindsay Lohan classic Freaky Friday) to the tragic (hello, Stepmom) to the seriously relatable. Adult love is usually not unconditional, but he did all he could to make her feel that it was. You may choose to fill the playlist with her favorite songs or tunes that remind her that she’s awesome.
As ironic as it is, a lot of them want discipline and guidance and to be told no; to be given that tough love. She wants you to be ready to become the next hero!
And she even shared all the goodies that she’d include!
I will remember in prayer those mothers who have a “hole” in their heart this Mother’s Day, for a child somehow lost or suffering.
There are so many children in need.
It seems as if more people than ever before are into physical fitness. In the kind of busy lifestyle we have, we’re sure some of us forget to give time to our family in the midst of all the work we have.
But flower, candy and card companies as well as charitable groups quickly seized the day as an opportunity to reel in funds, and Jarvis, angered by this, actually spent the rest of her life trying to abolish the holiday she’d created, or at the very least, restore it to its original non-commercialized roots. When we’re all caught up, I tell her how much I love her, blow her a kiss, and let her know we’ll talk again soon.
I believe in giving back.

Next year, Laundyn is off to Bermuda High School. She is the one who will be awake all night when we are sick.
