According to Virginia Tech’s website, Eisenhauer was a freshman engineering major at the school before he was suspended from school over the weekend. Nearby police departments, Virginia State Police, the FBI and the North Carolina Bureau of Investigation were among agencies aiding the probe.

Auburn Baptist Church in Riner, Virginia, remembered Nicole Madison Lovell at a special service last Sunday morning, saying she will be missed dearly.
Big news this hour, two students at Virginia tech have been arrested and will now face a judge today as police investigate the murder of a 13-year-old who lived near campus. Natalie Keepers, 19, is charged with improper disposal of a body and accessory after the fact in the commission of a felony.
Eisenhauer appeared briefly in court, out of sight of reporters, ahead of the scheduled 10 a.m. hearing. Eisenhauer had retained a court-appointed attorney, the clerk’s office said.
Both have their next court date is March 28.
According to Blacksburg police, investigators determined that Eisenhauer and Nicole were acquainted prior to her disappearance. He declined to comment further. “That evil bastard took her life”.
Tammy Weeks told the Roanoke Times Nicole often cried to stay home from school. “As a parent, I know that this is an unbearable loss for the Lovell family”.
She loved pandas and pop music, and wanted to be on “American Idol” when she got older, her mother said.
The mother of a slain Virginia teenager says the girl endured bullying at school and on social media before her death.
The arrest of two Virginia Tech students in the death of a local 13-year-old girl has shocked and saddened family and friends of all involved – and left them wondering why it happened.
The investigation remained under way Sunday as a state police search and recovery team searched a pond on the Virginia Tech Campus. State police spokeswoman Corinne Geller would not say what officials were trying to find. David Eisenhauer and Natalie M. Keepers conspired to hide the body of Nicole Madison Lovell of Blacksburg, Va.
The family was anxious because Lovell required daily prescription medication for a liver transplant and didn’t carry the medicine with her, police said. Chris Heydrick, who competed against Eisenhauer in high school, told The Baltimore Sun that Eisenhauer was “cocky” but “the dude was mentally tough”.
A cross country and track star at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia, Maryland, David Eisenhauer came off looking like a perfectionist in his interview with the news station. “There’s no reason why I can not be as good as other people are”, Eisenhauer told WMAR-TV at the time. The suspect was charged with murder and felony abduction for the death of Nicole Madison Lovell.
