A mother who drowned her four year old daughter to death was found dead few days ago at her address.

It was reported that the 46 year old lady, Rachel Cowley, who in 2011 drowned her four year old daughter to death and even accused of cutting the umbilical cord of Nicola Charles’s newborn son.
She was then arrested.
But it was believed she got released late last year and was living in a flat on Parsons Green Terrace in the east of the city.
Police has already launched an investigation program to find out the actual reason of her death.
