As with the other two Moto Mods, the Incipio offGRID Power Pack also focuses on convenience for its consumers as it comes with a wireless charging option. Those modules add different features when snapped onto the back of the Moto Z phones, like a projector or extra battery, but Motorola didn’t announce how much adding those features will cost. The company wants to create an ecosystem of Mods, which will be compatible with several generations of Moto phones, and has launched a programme to motivate third-party Moto Mods makers.

Verizon has started showing prices for a few MotoMods, and they range from $79.99 to $299. Its goal is to bring forth extra 22 hours to the mobile phone’s battery life without the extra bulk. The Power Packs for Moto Z have been built in collaboration with TUMI, Kate Spade New York and Incipio.
According to the official blog post, the Droid Editions of Moto Z and Moto Z Force will be available in the U.S.by summer. They attach with high powered magnets and the system will work with future Moto Z phones.

For Motorola the Mods are going to be one of the key features through which it will differentiate its phones in the crowded market. The Moto Z is no longer a rumor, so naturally everyone presumed that it indeed has taken over the Moto X brand just as the Sony Xperia X displaced the Xperia Z. Not so, says Lenovo. The front facing 5MP camera includes a wide-angle lens and is enhanced with a flashlight for low light shooting. As per multiple reports, Aymar de Lencquesaing, senior vice president of Lenovo ‘s mobile business, said that the Moto Z and Moto Z Force will be coming to India in September-October.
