Lenovo will soon put the second generation of Moto Z on the table and one of the models that will arrive will be Moto Z2 Play.
So far, the company has not made any official comments on the Moto Z2 series’ leaked images and unveiling day details. Earlier, Moto Z2 or Moto 2 Force was leaked online as well. The front-facing camera and its flash are also exactly where they were a year ago.
The images show that the Moto Z2 Play will not get a major makeover although it did look as sleek as its predecessor.
We might soon see a sequel to Motorola’s previous year premium smartphone with a beast battery.
The picture of the Moto Z2 Play tells a different story, though.
The Moto Z2 Play might come out on June 8 based on the date seen on the lockscreen.
The Moto G4 Play’s existence was compromised with its twin brother, the Moto E3 Power, which was a very similar smartphone apart from its processor and camera. Other purported specs include a 5.5-inch Full HD display. The shape of the front LED flash has been changed too. Motorola released the phone at the IFA 2016, and today a new render of the Moto Z2 Play has leaked by TechnoBuffalo. While that could signal a launch event date, it’s more likely to be a coincidence.
Motorola’s Moto G4 Play that was launched in India in September a year ago is finally all set to receive Android Nougat update in June, mentions Gadgets360 quoting a report published by Android Authority.

Moto G4 Play is the least expensive smartphone in the Moto G4 lineup and is now priced around Rs. 7,999 via Amazon India. The good news is that after looking at the photo, it does appear that the Z2 Play will still feature a headphone jack.
