Making a good phone, promoting it and getting good sales are the most important tasks any phonemaker is facing, but sometimes the difference can also be made in after-sales services, as well. For phone related hardware issues, Motorola says the Moto Xpress will resolve the issue within 5 working days. After the call, Motorola will send its nearest service employee to the location.
