Recent football transfer rumors indicate that Bayer Leverkusen striker Javier “Chicharito” Hernández is on his way to join the defending Premier League champions Chelsea when the winter transfer window opens in January.
Chelsea’s fans, at least, continue to believe in the club’s most successful manager and showed their support by donning Mourinho masks and chanting his name.
Matic was unable to prevent the Blues from slipping to their seventh league loss of the season on Saturday evening as they were defeated 1-0 by Stoke City at the Britannia Stadium.
Chelsea sources however say the club owner might be willing pull to trigger if Chelsea lose the next premier league match to Norwich City after the worldwide break.
The 52-year-old was given a one game stadium ban and fine for his behaviour towards the match officials during Chelsea’s 2-1 defeat at West Ham on 24 October. Marko Arnautovic wins it for Stoke and it is the first time Chelsea have lost three consecutive league games since October 1999.

In fact, the club seems to have already prepared for “contingency” plans in case Mourinho is sacked, or parts ways with Chelsea FC.
“We think he is the right man and someone we work hard for”, the Bosnia and Herzegovina global told the BBC.
“They’re going through a surprising period for them, but not for anybody else”. I think you can see from our performance we’re fighting for one another, fighting for everyone involved.
“I also thought Chelsea played very narrow”.
The Brazillian-born-Spanish striker was accused by a Stoke steward of treading on his foot as he went to retrieve the ball for a Chelsea corner in the last quarter of the game. It’s the kind of match I like.

The Spain worldwide has failed to hit the form that saw him score 20 goals in 26 appearances last season – he has netted just two in 12 this term and looks more interested in riling the opposition than making unsafe runs.
