Mourinho Rules Out Schweinsteiger Playing For Manchester United Again
Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho has taken a potshot at Bayern Munich over the Bastian Schweinsteiger saga, but admits it will be hard for the German to play at Old Trafford this season.

Mourinho appears to be happy with his transfer business at Old Trafford and, speaking ahead of Saturday’s trip to Hull, the United manager gave hope to the younger players at the club by saying there could be opportunities to impress. “It’s very hard that an opportunity will arrive [for him]”.
“We know it’s hard but I think it’s good”.
Schweinsteiger joined United previous year from Bayern Munich, whose president Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has criticised Mourinho’s treatment of the player. It’s his life, his career, he has a contract with Man United. He has a right to make that decision and stay, so that’s not a problem for us.
He has accepted that he will have a more limited role in the side, although he did start the first game of the season against Bournemouth and last Friday’s win over Southampton.
The former United assistant manager Mike Phelan is the man in charge, and Mourinho feels he deserves to be given the job full-time.
On Schweinsteiger’s recent statement, he said: “I can not answer for him”. It’s not fair to make a decision if he wins or loses a match. I knew that all my career, not just me, everyone does.
“Are they defensive? Yes”.
‘He said he wasn’t looking to get any of them out of the door and that he wasn’t desperate to sign anybody else either.
“I think that more points will be needed to win the competition because numerous top teams under-performed a year ago, which was fantastic for the beauty of the competition”, Mourinho added.
Mourinho even went as far as saying, he would give a reserve team player the opportunity to play than the club’s £160,000-a-week midfielder.
Andreas Pereira may join Rojo in leaving United – but only on a loan basis.
“I have 23 players in the squad”.
“No-one is coming and 23 players are more than enough”.

“Not surrounded by helicopters waiting for somebody to arrive or leave”. You have teams with not many points now who will probably, in a couple of months, be in the top part of the table.
