Mourinho wants Pogba to forget transfer fee
The Premier League giants paid a world record fee of £89m in the summer to snare away the French midfielder from Juventus, but Pogba is yet to set the league alight this season.

Pogba endured another disappointing evening at De Kuip in Rotterdam, as United began its UEFA Europa League campaign with a 1-0 defeat against Feyenoord.
Although Mourinho may still be tweaking his system to maximise Pogba’s powers, the manager feels it will only be a matter of time before the Frenchman shows his class.
Former Manchester United midfielder and club legend Paul Scholes believes the key to getting the most out of record signing Paul Pogba lies with Michael Carrick.
Manchester United paying £89million for Paul Pogba is not as shocking as other clubs spending £40m on one player, says Jose Mourinho. However, Mourinho has backed his understudy and said, “I just want Paul to forget that and to play his football”. [Having had] no pre-season, he had a very good impact in the first game and it’s normal that, after that, he has a little decrease, “Mourinho was quoted as saying by United’s official website”. But I am full of trust with him because I know the player he is.

“Players like Pogba and Zlatan Ibrahimovic came partly because this is a massive club but also because Mourinho is here”.
“It depends on the situation”, he added. “In the Premier League we were playing with Wayne Rooney as a number 10, and we played with Schneiderlin in front of the back four (against Feyenoord) and we gave Pogba more freedom to occupy other kind of spaces”.
Mourinho brushed off suggestions that the Watford match is now the biggest of United’s campaign.
United head to Vicarage Road looking to avoid a third straight defeat, which could see them fall behind six points behind Pep Guardiola’s City after just five matches.
“It will take something special to stop them winning the league because they already look like they’ve hit their stride – and in Aguero they have the best player in the league”.

I think these players are available. It’s still very early days.
