A new grumpy animal is making the rounds on social media: Earl the Grumpy Dog, a 5-month-old puppy that’s giving Grumpy Cat a run for her money. He now has his own Instagram account and Facebook page.
One user, grundo1561, commented on the picture, saying: “This dog looks like he pays taxes”.
As mentioned by his owners, Earl’s a second-generation puggle (pug/poodle cross) and is actually really affectionate.
“He is the most relaxed, content puppy either one of us has ever seen”.
As stated by Yahoo, Earl lives in Iowa.
First up is the latest in sour-faced pets: A pooch named Earl is being touted as the canine answer to the famous Grumpy Cat.
Many on Reddit and Imgur were reminded of Jules Winnfield, Samuel L. Jackson’s notoriously crochety character in Pulp Fiction.
Due to his underbite, the puppy looks a bit annoyed.
People around the world have grown fond of the permanent stank face of this fluffy feline.

Has Grumpy Cat finally met his match? Derek said. “Usually a combination of those two phrases and laughter”. “Merch the f*** out of his grumpy cute a**”. At five months old you might ask, what does he have to be a grouch about? “So the fact that everyone else loves him as much as we do, we think it’s awesome”.
