“I live in the present so that is why it was hard for me”, said India’s limited overs captain.
Dhoni spoke in NY ahead of the film’s release in a press conference. Dressed in a greyish black suit and a silver tie, he spoke about the upcoming film.
Director Neeraj Pandey mentioned, “I got the offer to make MS Dhoni Biopic from Arun Pandey while I was shooting for Baby. It is about the journey of a professional sports person and that’s what it should be about”. Sushanth Singh Rajput is playing the role of M.S. Dhoni in the movie. His reaction after watching the film is what everyone has been waiting for. He reminisced about his home and how he played.
At the same time, Dhoni praised Sushant’s performance in the film and called him a “fantastic actor”, who has worked very hard for the film and is now one of the better cricketers in all the celebrities cricket leagues that are happening.
“All those things that had happened became fresh in my memory. I went blank. It was nice to be in the past for a moment”.

M S Dhoni says that though he is very close to his parents, he “never speaks to them about cricket, never has and never will”. Where I lived, how my school was, where we played. Directed by Neeraj Pandey and produced by Fox Star studios, the film is set to release on September 30.
