Keith Joseph, Jr. and his father Keith Joseph, Sr. are being remembered in a public service at Humphrey Coliseum Thursday afternoon.
Joseph Jr., a freshman defensive end, joined Mississippi State in February 2014 and was in the midst of redshirting this season.
For more on the memorial service, see Starkville Daily News MSU beat writer Joel Coleman’s story in Friday’s Starkville Daily News.
Peters, a true freshman who normally wears No. 12, has 17 tackles, a sack and two pass breakups in part-time duty for the Bulldogs this season. The team has already made a decision to wear stickers on their helmets to honor Joseph.
