Muhammad Ali Calls On Muslims To Stand Up To Terrorist Extremists
The host of the O’Reilly Factor said: “If you say no Muslims can travel here from overseas you’re hurting the United State’s position against ISIS”.

The International Organisation for Migration responded to Trump’s comments by saying any discrimination based on religion went against all international accords on dealing with refugees.
Trump came under fire this week after his campaign released a statement calling for a “total and complete shutdown” of all Muslims entering the United States – a controversial idea Graham said he vehemently rejects. “You have been warned, Mr. Donald Trump”. Obama’s point was that Muslims are part of the country’s fabric and they shouldn’t all be caricatured as thugs and terrorists.
Ali, a Muslim, did not mention the Republican frontrunner by name, but a statement by the former heavyweight champ – reported by NBC and ABC – appeared directed squarely at Trump.
“You look at Paris, you look at San Bernardino, it’s given a seriousness to this race, that people are looking for: Who is prepared to be a commander in chief?”
Legendary boxer Muhammad Ali aimed a powerful and impassioned message at Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump on Wednesday, saying that the recent global terrorism crisis has “perverted people’s views on what Islam really is”. Four of 10 Republicans said they think Trump is “telling it like it is and has the right approach on many issues”.
Twitter users in turn were quick to remind Trump about some of the most famous athletes in USA history, including Ali and Abdul-Jabbar, and they even posted photos of the presidential candidate posing with Ali.
Abdul-Jabbar added: “Trump’s irresponsible, inflammatory rhetoric and deliberate propagation of misinformation have created a frightened and hostile atmosphere here that could embolden people to violence”.
