A furious mum dialed the emergency services for requesting them to take the insects into their custody, which were gifted by her ex to her children.

According to the report, the woman decided to call the emergency services after her ex-husband gifted her children a jar full of stick insects as Christmas present.
The person, Paul Richardson, who attended her call said that she asked if she could bring the insects to the police station and leave them with them.
Paul told her that this wasn’t police duty to make her free from insects (which was not even dangerous).
Paul then continued explaining her that these topics wouldn’t belong to emergency category.
