According to reports, the woman woke up just before midnight on December 29 and fired a shot at someone she believed to be an intruder.

In an event in America, a mom chance and murdered her 27-year old child after mistaking her.
The daughter was transported to Osceola Regional Medical Center, where she died.
Police are considering the shooting accidental.
St. Cloud police sergeant Denise Roberts issued a statement to the Sentinel and other outlets indicating that the “homeowner’s story is consistent with the physical evidence and the witness’ statement”. The figure was approaching quickly, Roberts said, and didn’t say anything.
The State Attorney’s Office will review the shooting after police submit their investigation. The daughter had been visiting from North Carolina and didn’t live in the home, Roberts said.
Because the shooter wasn’t a law enforcement officer, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement will not be investigating.
The shooting was reported in the area of 10th Street late Tuesday night.
“That’s really shocking, actually.” resident Harry Morris said.
Morris said he had met Claude, and described him as a pleasant man who had visited his house on multiple occasions. “He’s a friendly guy”.
Police identified the victims but asked for their names not to be published because a member of the family has worked as an undercover narcotics officer.
