Summons were issued by the Mumbai Police to Radhe Maa for recording her statement in connection with a dowry harassment case and she has to appear within four days at the Kandivali Police station.

On Friday, the defence team would have an option of moving the Bombay High Court in case Radhe Maa does not want to join investigations at this stage.
