My words were misinterpreted – Shah Rukh Khan
Just yesterday we reported that Shah Rukh Khan’s film Dilwale is inching towards Rs 100 crore at the box office in the domestic market, and today on Christmas, SRK’s dream has come true. One feels bad. The whole thing has settled down. And I am not someone who can sit here and say… this fantastic amount of love from my countrymen and women… He further said the love of people of Kolkata is also his gift.

Sonakshi Sinha, who is one of his close proteges too, revealed the surprise saying, “I think his family is planning a really special gift and they have involved all his colleagues and friends in that gift”.
Angered by Shahrukh’s statement on “religious intolerance”, Bajrang Dal activists opposed the film’s screening in Araria and Patna districts of Bihar.
“The boycotting of Dilwale by a certain section did hurt as an actor, as an artiste”.
A representative of the NGO said that they have received response from the Mumbai Traffic Police that they would be directing the local traffic police authorities concerned to take action in this matter. “But I am sure you guys will come to know by tomorrow”.
“It saddens me when any of my work does not reaches to the people because I do it once or twice a year and with lovely friends like Kajol and so many people from the industry. I try my best to do that”. “I have not said anything, like I explained in so many words, there was misrepresentation, or misunderstanding of what I said”. For the last three-four months we were working on Dilwale and we didn’t get time but from next week my team will start working on it. By mid next year we will finalise everything. I am not going to answer anything which is a serious issue on a platform like this.
She added, “This is not the India I grew up in”.
