Myleene Klass’s mosquito bites are worse than your mosquito bites
But Myleene Klass has reminded us that no-one is safe from mozzie bites, not even celebs, with this pic of her very bad swollen back after a recent trip to the island of Mogmog in the Pacific Ocean.

‘They didn’t come off the ground for crying and laughing for half an hour.
‘Everything’s down to have you lost weight and if you have, success must equal skinniness or skinniness must equal success, and I want them to know that cerebral mass equals success.
The TV personality has been busy shooting her new show with the Ulithi tribe on the remote island of Mogmog in Micronesia.
Typically, the Ulithi women go topless and cover their bottom half with a skirt or sarong. “The women thought my bikini was so amusing “, Myleene told The Sunday . “I wore bras, bikinis and T-shirts – it’s still going out to a Western audience”, she said.
Islanders cried when she played classical music on the piano, which Myleene said was a “huge relief” as she didn’t know what reaction she would get.
Writing on Instagram, Myleene said: ‘Taken when I took a PIANO to the island of Mog Mog to write a song a live with a tribe!’
The painful-looking picture revealed the angrily inflamed bites littering her shoulders and the small of her back, but she’d thankfully slathered them with some soothing cream.
You can hear an exclusive sneak peek of the track Myleene recorded with the islanders below.
“The opportunity to meet and write a song with a tribe that’s had no contact with the Western world was something too special to miss”, she said.
Myleene said: “I was exhausted”.
“They have invited myself and my girls back”.
“Their first impression of me was of this sobbing wreck on a piano”.
“I was just trying to hold my spear gun then all of a sudden a shark went past and I was mesmerised”.
And although Myleene finished runner-up on I’m A Celebrity… in 2006, the physical challenges of the rainforest proved hard for the singer to cope with – especially the insect bites.
“And I saw my hat – because we swapped hats – and she was waiting by the boat for me and she wouldn’t let go, it kills me thinking about it now, she was like “take me with you” and wish I could have taken her and her children”. We got up to 73.

“Singing In The Rainforest“, which sees celebrities record music with the tribe, will air tonight (14.09.15) at 9pm.
