Issuing what he called a “friendly warning”, Erdogan said: “If you do not take a principled stand against terrorism, at the end this fire will fly back in your face”.

President Park Geun-hye arrived in Turkey on Saturday to attend an annual summit of the Group of 20 advanced and emerging economies.

Najib will also state Malaysia’s views and that of Asean in relation to the G20.

Anchor: President Park Geun-hye will attend a series of high-level multilateral events between Saturday and November 23.

United States President Barack Obama, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Saudi Arabia King Salman Bin Abdulaziz and German Chancellor Angela Merkel are among the leaders that will be in Antalya.

The two leaders are considered unlikely to hold formal talks, but White House spokesman Josh Earnest said he could not rule out an encounter “in the hallway or in a few other place where they have an informal opportunity to talk”.

Though Senegal is not a member of the G-20, Senegalese President Macky Sall also came to Antalya upon a special invitation from President Erdoğan as president of the New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD).

But officials have also insisted that they would also not allow those behind the Paris attacks to derail the summit from achieving its original aims.

The civil war in Syria, the resulting flood of migrants into Europe and sluggish global growth will dominate talks that begin Sunday when leaders of the world’s 20 top economies gather on the Turkish Mediterranean coast for their 10th summit.

Mr Turnbull said it was an attack not just on Paris and the people of France but “on all peoples of all free countries in the world”.

“After taking G20 presidency on December 1, 2014, we are building on previous presidencies’ agenda and will ensure a seamless continuity in the G20, while introducing new elements to ensure decisive collective action to provide inclusive and robust growth and reduce youth unemployment”, he said.

He told Mr Abe he had discussed the issue of terrorism and radicalisation with the leaders of two of the largest Muslim countries in the world, Indonesia’s President Joko Widodo and Turkey’s President Erdogan.

Commenting on China’s economy, he said growth would have to reach more than 6.5 percent annually to reach a target for GDP to double by 2020, adding he was confident growth would be around 7 percent this year.

He will attend G-20 Summit going to be held on 15th and 16th November at Antalya.
