Earlier in theday, Yadav had filed a police complaint in Sonipat alleging that his foodhad been spiked.

“This is a serious conspiracy against me”. The Metadienone, an anabolic steroid is banned. “I have never taken any banned substance”, said Narsingh.

At the time, Yadav reportedly did not want to pursue the matter even though there was CCTV footage of the kitchen which could have identified any such intruder.

“We suspect Jitesh, who fights in the 75kg category, and Sumit”. And one of them has admitted to spiking Narsingh’s food. “How can you say that it is a conspiracy when you don’t have any proof?” “We can not investigate this but we support Narsingh’s demand for a CBI inquiry”, Brij Bhushan Sharan said here.

Sushil Kumar, also in the same category was vying for a spot in the Rio team.

The 28-year-old tested positive for a banned substance just days before heading to the Olympic Games in Rio. “He was told not to train in Sonepat and all Olympic-bound athletes were given the option of customised training”, Goel said.

It has now emerged that the sample taken on June 29 has returned negative, but sources said National Anti-Doping Agency (NADA) will proceed on the June 22 dope flunk case.

The positive test is the latest setback for Inderjeet, whose efforts to have his coach included in the delegation for Rio have been rebuffed by the country’s athletics federation due to the limited number of places available under the quota.

“NADA also keeps educating the athletes through booklets”.

“People have been conspiring against my son”, she added. On Sunday the announcement left him disqualified to represent India at the Rio Olympics 2016 Games.
