With the 2016 Olympics right around the corner, it was the flawless time for 2K Sports to reveal the Olympic rosters in National Basketball Association 2K17, a feature that was widely assumed since the cover art was unveiled.

It is worth noting, however, that The Dream Team is only a pre-order bonus for those who have already secured their chances at getting the game on time.
Team USA will be looking to win the gold medal in this year’s Olympics, and now, there are clues seemingly hinting at the possibility that “NBA 2K17” players may also be able to go for the gold inside the upcoming game.
Two of the three jerseys are the ones that George wears while he plays for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers, but the other one depicted on the cover is none other than his Team USA jersey, and now some fans are pointing to this as a possible sign that an Olympic-inspired game mode may be featured inside “NBA 2K17”.
2K has also revealed that renowned Duke University and USA Basketball coach, Mike Krzyzewski, will be making his debut in the NBA 2K series.
“Basketball has become an iconic part of American sports heritage, and I’m thrilled that fans can play with this year’s roster in NBA 2K”, said Krzyzewski in a press release who, since 2008, has coached the USA Basketball Men’s National Team to four straight worldwide tournament gold medals”. His likeness is also being used in a new tutorial mode created to teach players the fundamentals of basketball and how they work in NBA 2K17. Even better for gamers was that 2K confirmed that the entire Dream Team roster will be included in the game.
National Basketball Association 2K17 is available on all platforms in standard form for $59.99.
National Basketball Association 2K17 comes out on September 20 and features Paul George on the cover, as well as a special Legend Kobe edition. That will include virtual currency, Kobe’s shoes in video game form, Kobe’s throwback jersey and a Kobe hoodie in video game form, a poster, and more. Aside from the standard edition, a Kobe Bryant Legend Edition and Kobe Bryant Legend Edition Gold will be available.

Customers who pre-order the game will also get access to it four days before it’s released.
