Mike Scott was arrested on Thursday after he was a passenger in a auto in a high speed chase. Mike Scott was charged with felony possession of marijuana and possession of schedule I.

The driver of the vehicle, Antonn Imhotep Scott, 20, of Acworth, was charged with fleeing and attempting to elude law enforcement officers, following too closely in addition to felony drug possession. The driver continued for two miles and finally stopped near mile marker 156. The two admitted to having cannabis and MDMA (better known as Molly) in the auto and were taken to the Banks County jail (about an hour and 15 minutes northeast of Atlanta), where they are expected to be released on bond later tonight. “Out of respect for the legal process, we will not have any additional comment at this time”.
