National Basketball Association Roundup: Warriors down T-wolves, remain unbeaten
Stephen Curry scored 46 points and the Golden State Warriors beat the Minnesota Timberwolves 129-116 on Thursday night to record a franchise-best start to a season.

Has the reigning MVP been on a revenge tour after hearing offseason slights both real and perceived?
“That’s my only motivation”, Curry said. “I don’t need anything else”.
Phoenix’s Brandon Knight matched his career high with 37 points and Eric Bledsoe fell one assist shy of his second career triple-double as the Suns downed the Clippers 11104. “It’s always nice to learn those lessons in wins”.
Curry, who shot 15 of 25 from the field, including 8 three-pointers, scored 21 of his total points in the first quarter on his way to collecting his second-highest tally of the season, following his 53 point performance against the New Orleans Pelicans on October 31. The Warriors are just too good at quickly exploiting a 4-on-3, as you see here.
But Curry’s output wasn’t just historic.
After trailing 21 points in the third quarter following back-to-back Curry three-pointers, Minnesota used an 11-0 run to cut it to 97-87 going into the fourth quarter. These numbers tend to curb a bit towards the norm as the season goes along, and the Warriors will have hard games ahead, but they don’t seem like a team that’s about to collapse or have a bad day right now.
Andrew Wiggins scored 19 points and five assists and Karl-Anthony Towns, posting his sixth double-double in the last eight games, collected 17 points and 11 rebounds to lead the way for the Timberwolves in the defeat at Target Center.
“We’re having a great year, and we don’t want to lose any time soon”, Thompson said.
The craziest thing about Curry’s assault on these records is that he’s only played 426 carer National Basketball Association games.
“Everybody kind of feels that positive vibe out there on the floor, and it’s contagious”, Curry said. “If we’re locked in, I think it kind of trickles down”.
One night after scoring 28 in a victory against Memphis, he was 4 of 5 from deep in the first quarter and pushed the Warriors out to a 10-0 lead before the game was 1:30 old.
Jack also finished with 23 points while making all 10 of his field-goal attempts in a 107-99 loss at Golden State on November 13, 2014.
The Timberwolves whittled the lead down to six points after they went on a 12-0 run that saw Shabazz Muhammad come off the bench to score eight straight points.
Heat guard Tyler Johnson hit a jump shot with 38.1 seconds remaining to bump the Heat lead back up 88-84 after Jazz guard Alec Burks hit a layup to trim the deficit to two.

“Most assistant coaches tend to change a little bit [when they get a head position], and not for the good”, said Andre Iguodala, “He’s done a really good job of not creating an ego from the situation he’s been put in and he stays the same”. From there, as if he ever needs this for his advantage, he took his sweet time to put the ball into the hoop. Follow Diamond Leung on Twitter at.
