NFL executive vice president Eric Grubman, who is leading the league’s relocation study, will send a few of his staff to the respective cities to field questions and comments from the audience. It was not disclosed whether Goodell himself would be there. Other meetings will take place in St. Louis and San Diego.
– The Oakland hearing will take place on October. 29 at the Paramount Theater (2025 Broadway).
The public hearing is a league requirement for any city at risk of losing their NFL franchise. Pre-registration to request an entry pass begins Tuesday.
The Oakland Raiders future in Oakland has been a point of discussion for the past few years and even with the season in full swing, the topic of relocation will be grabbing headlines next week as the National Football League will be coming to the Bay Area to hold a town hall on the team’s status in its current hometown. But members of the community who are not season ticket members also will have the opportunity to request passes on a first-come, first-serve basis.
– Online pre-registration and a non-transferrable entry pass with a valid barcode is required for entry.
Fans can register at NFL.com/stlhearing for the St. Louis event; NFL.com/oakhearing for Oakland; and NFL.com/sdhearing for San Diego.

In an effort to hear from as many people as possible, the league will allow each fan a three-minute maximum for questions or comments.
