Nats activate Strasburg for start vs. Braves
Making his first start since August 17, when he was placed on the disabled list with elbow soreness, Strasburg appeared back at full strength early against the Braves, allowing two hits and striking three batters through the first two innings. Pitchers typically don’t throw bullpen sessions the day prior to their start, but after Tuesday’s contest, it’s expected the Nationals will make an official announcement regarding his status.
