An FIR has been lodged at Versova police station that the actor had misbehaved and pushed the woman who lives in the same society as him.

She said the actor pushed her and behaved inappropriately during a dispute over parking space.. The complainant, who is a student, has said in her statement that she was sitting in the compound on Sunday afternoon when she saw Siddiqui’s personal guards deterring another resident from parking his motorbike inside the building’s parking space. “The society has served him a notice about this”, the officer said. All the accused have been charged under section 354 of the IPC (molestation).
“On Sunday around 1.15 pm, when the victim was sitting with her grandmother in the society office she spotted private bouncers of Siddiqui arguing with a member over parking of a motorcycle”.
“It is a false case”.

Heena Sheikh, 24-year-old daughter of Soni Dandekar, the chairperson of the Zohra Aghadi Nagar housing society at Yari Road, filed the complaint at the Versova police station saying she was manhandled by Nawazuddin’s bodyguards. The case has been registered without investigation. There was an argument but no “hatha pai” (exchange of physical blows) as claimed in the complaint. “We will take the matters up”. The actor is famous for his role in offbeat movies like Gangs of Wasseypur, Manjhi and Badlapur. He is awaiting the release of his movie Raees.
