Delhi Police on Thursday told the court that it is searching for the dustbin where sacked AAP Minister Sandeep Kumar has thrown a recording device used for making a sex video featuring him.

Aam Aadmi Party leader Ashutosh on Monday was summoned by the National Commission for Women for writing an online post defending suspended party leader Sandeep Kumar, who has been in the centre of a scandal involving an explicit videotape.
He submitted a written complaint to the Chairperson about the alleged snooping incident in 2009, which he later shared on twitter.
On being questioned about Ashutosh’s tweet which claims that she is still a member of the BJP, the NCW chairman said, “I’d really like to tell Mr. Ashutosh that I don’t know what kind of a journalist you are because you are two years behind the time. But let me bring to your attention a far serious allegation”. “What we can do further will only be decided when I sit with my legal team”, Kumaramangalam said.
“Even media is not interested into finding the truth, indulging into vulturisation and doing embedded journalism”, he said.
“I have chose to appear before NCW tomorrow as I have been asked by the panel, to present my views (sic)”, the AAP leader tweeted on Thursday. Ashutosh tweeted on Wednesday, “I have made a decision to appear before NCW tomorrow as I have been asked by the panel, to present my views (sic)”.
Later, the AAP spokesperson tweeted his reply to the NCW in which he raked up Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s snoopgate issue.
NCW had summoned Ashutosh earlier this week objecting to “his reprehensible and demeaning blog.which reeks of patriarchy and misogyny”.

Kumar was approached by a woman complainant around 8 to 10 months ago to get a ration card prepared.
