Ndamukong Suh going rogue on Dolphins?
Dolphins’ head coach Joe Philbin addressed the media Monday afternoon and instantly refuted reports that Ndamukong Suh was freelancing during the game against the Jacksonville Jaguars.

The Miami Herald reported that Ndamukong Suh was freelancing on Sunday and straying from plays called by defensive coordinator Kevin Coyle. “I just watched the entire tape with the entire defensive staff. I just didn’t see anything of the sort”. “Not sure where that came from”.
According to a story in the Miami Herald, Suh freelanced in the middle of the defense and surprised his teammates. To say he’s going to have “X” amount of tackles or “X” amount of sacks every game, you have to watch the tape.
When asked to talk about his lack of involvement within the game plan, Suh expressed himself with no regrets. Are they double-teaming every time? “I’m sure [positive plays are] going to come”.
The Dolphins lost to the Jaguars 23-20.
Through two games, Suh has three tackles, so if Philbin is right and the former Detroit Lion has been a team player, maybe he should cut him loose. Players have to make adjustments for those schemes and react.
“I couldn’t tell you”.
He was most upset about the Dolphins’ penalties. “Eight!”
He said he promised owner Stephen Ross when he was hired that he’d have a well-disciplined team.
So far this season, the vaunted Miami Dolphins defense hasn’t exactly looked like the 2000 Ravens or 1985 Bears. And he was making plays from all over the field, including once running across the field to track down speedy running back Lamar Miller from behind on a screen pass during an intrasquad scrimmage.

Philbin said he doesn’t have an update on any of the players but will know more later today.
