Netflix finally renews ‘Stranger Things’ for season 2

Whilst Netflix is yet to confirm that the hit show will return for a second season, Stranger Things’ incredible success makes a second season nearly certain.

“Stranger Things” Season 2 renewal, cancellation news reveal that Netflix still has not arrived at a decision with regard to the show’s future on air. But in a Facebook Live Wednesday afternoon, the young stars knew exactly what they’d like to season in Season 2: singing.

The Duffer Brothers have been confirmed to return to write and direct Season 2, although the returning cast has yet to be announced.

The show’s creators, Matt and Ross Duffer, sat down for an interview with IGN, in which they revealed they drew inspiration from several video games, such as The Last of Us, Silent Hill, Dark Souls and more. What do you wish to see in the upcoming season?
