Netflix’s Secret Codes Revealed – Find Your Perfect Netflix Movie
Tinker with the number code at the end of the URL and you can unlock hundreds of hidden gems. If you want to see how deep the rabbit hole goes, though, then you’ll want to re pill the hell out things and dive into the world of secret Netflix codes. But what if there were a way to only search for certain types of films and shows and ignore Netflix’s algorithm that’s ready to suggest what to watch next?

A new app has surfaced which is allowing Netflix users to binge on hundreds of extra TV shows and movies. “They possess a stockpile of data about Hollywood entertainment that is absolutely unprecedented”.
The first is a Google document that breaks down the codes in numerical order whilst the second, Netflix Streaming by Alternate Genre, provides the genres in an alphabetical list. But you can definitely try to hunt down the movie niches you were looking to discover inside Netflix using this great trick. The URL for something basic like “Documentaries” is http://www.netflix.com/browse/genre/6839, but if you change the numerical code at the end, you can find “Controversial Foreign Movies” (2273), or “Critically-Acclaimed Gritty Independent Crime Dramas” (3352), or “Feel-Good Sports Movies For Ages 8 to 10” (855).
Not all numbers will bring up a subgenre by category code, but a list has been posted to give subscribers a starting point. They’ve even been kind enough to post them online for the rest of us. And as the catalog changes, some codes leave and others join, so there are changes.
