A day after owner Mikhail Prokhorov “reassigned” general manager Billy King and fired coach Lionel Hollins and hours after Prokhorov spoke to his team, the Nets fell well short of the elite opponent, 106-79, at Barclays Center.
Looking at a small deficit heading into the second half, the Spurs turned on their pressure game and it resulted in a 34-point quarter while they also held the Nets to only 17 points. Are the Spurs giving up too many points?
